Austin Burge has developed in ingenious speedometer modification for the V-Strom that recalibrates the mile per hour and kilometers per hour variance.  As most riders know, the V-Strom speedometer comes from the factory reading 7.7% higher than the the actual speed.  To correct this, you can simply replace the speedometer guage place with the Burge design for either MPH or KPH depending on your where you are riding.

Another great bonus is that the odometer is not affected as common with electronic modifications that will adversely effect the mileage readings.
