Accumetrics Donates to Rally Around the World

Accumetrics Donation Check

Accumetrics, the manufacturer of the VerifyNOW point-of-care clincial analyzer, donated $3000 to Rally Around the World as part of their national sales meeting in Celebration, FL…I  was presented this enormous check by Tim Still and Andy Chisholm!!  As part of the agenda, the Accumetrics sales group was divided into 3 teams and given the task of developing their own giving program for heart-related charities.  Each team made a formal presentation to the judges, I was included, and teams were ranked based on  presentation and potential effectiveness.

Got a great suprise in the mail from my friends at Sempermed USA…they did a wonderful job framing the Repertoire article from the December 2011 issue.  Thank you Billy Harris, Karl Neubner and all the folks at Sempermed for your caring generosity and support of Rally Around the World!

This is going to look terrific next to my framed Repertoirearticle from January 2003 on my bicylce ride across the US in support of cancer research.

Getting Ready to Rally…

With a little more than a couple hundred days to go before I hit the road, I’m already overwhelmed by the gracious corporate sponsorships Rally Around the World has secured. My trek across the globe is a journey to raise money for the Rally Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports childhood cancer research. Corporate sponsors are making this all possible, so we can make a big difference in the lives of children facing cancer.
